Comments: Deciduous tree from China. Broad spreading tree to 25' has compound leaves with 2" leaflets alternating from stem. Leaves, and flowers are bad-smelling when bruised. The book “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn”, by Betty Smith is based on the Ailanthus tree. This tree is invasive, and has few, if any, good attributes.
