Comments: Conifer, native to Australia. Planted in coastal and valley areas of California. A dense, wide-spreading, pyramidal tree with horizontal branches that dip gradually downward and turn up at the tips. The property now housing condominiums was once site of a stable for racing horses, a dental college, and a womans college. There are several great trees on this property worthy of inclusion in the Roadside Arboretum.
