Comments: Evergreen conifer native to China and Taiwan. 2" to 3" sharp flattened needles with glaucos undersides that surround branchlets. Conical form to 50' then forming a broad crown as it matures. Suckers at base common. Related to the Bald cypress. The 'glauca' variant is said to be more cold tolerant.
