Comments: Deciduous, native of China, dating back to the Carboniferous Age of the earth. Fan shaped leaves turn golden yellow in autumn and fall all at once to make a golden carpet. Tree at Shinn Park was planted in approximately 1876. City of Fremont Landmark Tree.
