Comments: Deciduous broadleaf native to the southern states of the US. Leaves are broadly lobed and variable in shape. Leaves persist well into winter. Mature trees to 70' with a 50 to 70 year lifespan. This tree grows best along streams and fresh water lakes. Also called Possum oak
