Comments: Broadleaf evergreen, native of southeastern U.S. Has large lustrous green leaves with a deep rust-brown underside. Large waxy-white flowers with 6 broad petals which are cup shaped and 8" to 10" across and bloom through summer and fall. City of Fremont Landmark Tree.
